By creating a Green Legacy member account you agree to these terms:

1. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once a plant has been marked booked.
2. Plants are maintained by our field team on a best-effort basis; occasional loss is possible due to weather, disease or vandalism.
3. In the event a sponsored plant is lost, a replacement plant will be assigned and its history linked, preserving your original dedication.
4. Payment records, sponsorship history and plant photographs are retained permanently for audit and record purposes.
5. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure; do not share them with anyone.

We collect only the information required to fulfil your sponsorship and keep you informed:

• Name, email, mobile and address — used to identify you and send updates.
• Dedication details — displayed on the public plant page only when you explicitly opt in (per-attribute privacy controls available in your dashboard).
• Payment identifiers — retained for reconciliation and audit; card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• You can request correction or deletion of your personal information at any time from the Support section.
